Payment: Payment for goods is due at the time of delivery unless the seller has agreed credit terms. Credit account terms are strictly 30 days net from the day of invoice unless agreed otherwise. The seller reserves the right to suspend delivery of further deliveries and/or cancel allowance of credit in the event of any payments not being made when it is due or if the seller at its discretion at any time considers the financial circumstances of the buyer have ceased to justify the payment terms previously agreed.
 

Machine Orders: Orders received before 12pm Monday - Thursday, subject to stock availability. RVUK will try to ensure next day delivery. We try to avoid delivery being dispatched on a Friday for delivery Monday due to machines sitting in warehouses over the weekend and the potential of damage. If you wish for a Monday delivery, please speak to a member of RVUK Staff.
 

Spares & Accessories: Orders received before 12pm Monday - Friday, subject to stock availability, ex works UK and delivered by 1st class post or equivalent depending on package size.

Service: It is a condition of distributorship, discounts and of technical support that a distributor ensures that any service engineer (own or 3rd party) responsible for the maintenance and repair of a Rheavendors machine is trained by us (or by other approved arrangement on the product in question.

Training: RVUK will supply training of service engineers or 3rd party companies on any of our ranges of machines. Our policy is that we will only supply equipment to companies that have been trained by us (or by other approved arrangement Training is normally carried out at our offices in Crawley and generally takes approx. 1 day. If there are 6 of more engineers to be trained in a single session, we can provide training at an alternative site but this has to be agreed with a member of RVUK staff. Training dates are subject to availability.

Delivery of Equipment: For all palleted orders placed with RVUK, please be aware of the following requirement - Goods need to be checked, even if the pallet wrap doesn’t looked damaged it is very important to check it thoroughly. Please remove all wrapping from the pallet inspecting the machine boxes before signing the paperwork and letting the driver leave. DO NOT SIGN UNCHECKED FOR THE GOODS.

 

Please note that RVUK are unable to accept claims for damage if damage to external packaging is not noted to the shipper at the time of delivery. All machines should arrive on a pallet and with no evidence of damage to the packaging or to the pallet. In the event that there is any such damage then it must be noted along with your signature on the shipper’s documentation and if possible photographic evidence taken. RVUK need to then be notified within 24 hours of the delivery and RVUK will then liaise with you regarding uplift and replacement. Please ensure that all relevant personnel within your organisation and deliveries to site are informed of this requirement.
